Terms and Conditions

• All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
• All orders shipped F.O.B. Oakmont, PA
• If your order does not qualify for prepaid freight, freight and insurance costs are calculated and added to invoice total.
• All freight charges are subject to dimension/oversize carrier weight regulations.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
• Refused shipments will incur a 20% restock fee.

Damages/Claims:

• Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from Sima Products. After shipment is released to carrier, any damages must be reported to Sima Products within seven days from receipt of shipment. All claims must be filed by Sima Products directly with the freight carrier.
• If you see visible damage, open & inspected prior to accepting the shipment. Damage claims will not be paid unless damage is indicated on freight bill
• To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged product, original packaging and outer shipping box must be returned to Sima Products. For assistance, please contact Sima Products Customer Service at 1-800-345-7462.

Return Policy:

Sima Products wants you to be happy with your purchase. But sometimes, it’s just not right. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-345-7462 to explain your situation. If you call Sima within 30 days of the date of purchase, you may qualify to return the merchandise for refund. After 30 days, returns will be in accordance with the product warranty card included with/on your purchase. Whether you are returning merchandise for refund, replacement or repair, you will need an RA {return authorization} number. This number MUST appear on your return shipping label.

• All products MUST be returned in the original manufacturer's box with all parts, accessories and user manuals that originally came with the product.
• Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications.
• The shipper is responsible for all return shipments until they are received at Sima Products. It is recommended that all returned shipments are insured.
• RA numbers are valid for 30 Days. This RA number will automatically delete from our system after the 30 days.

Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return.
